This little ball of cuteness had me laughing out loud throughout his 6 month session… his joyful smile and tongue sticking out were just too much! Reid is such a happy, easy-going baby, and it’s evident in these photos. What lucky parents he has! Milestone sessions are some of my favorites, partly because they usually include some darn cute outfit changes, like these rolled-up jeans and overalls! The first year of a baby’s life is such a special and exciting time for the parents, and I’m thankful to be able to capture a glimpse of it for them to look back on. As we know, they’ll be grown in no time.

Emi’s 1 Year Milestone Session – Ardmore Park | Atlanta Children’s Photographer

Miss Emilia “Emi” turned one back in October and I met up with her family at one of my favorite local spots, Ardmore Park, for the final milestone session of her first year. She had a Minnie Mouse-inspired birthday party to celebrate, and her mom brought along her themed party outfit to include in the session. I love it when parents bring special items to use in their child’s milestone sessions, and this one was no exception. How adorable are those sparkly little mouse ears?! Happy birthday, Emi! I am sure the next year is sure to bring lots of excitement and fun!

Ahhh fall… the most wonderful time of the year! Also the busiest for family photographers. 🙂 Here’s a little peak at what I’ve been up to recently… family holiday sessions galore! It was so fun to see how much some of these kids have grown since our last session together. I also love including fur babies, as I know how very important they are to families. Check out this hilarious puppy trick below! And how adorable is that red cozy coupe? Nolan’s mom searched high and low for an old-school car that she could paint red and attach a tree to for these photos, and I think it turned out perfectly. With each passing year of business, I’m more and more grateful for my dear clients who have trusted in me to capture their beautiful families. Ford’s Newborn Session – Atlanta | Atlanta Newborn Photographer

September was a pretty great month! Not one, not two, but three sets of our dear friends welcomed their babies into the world, and one of them was this cute little guy. Ford’s mom created the cutest, most serene little nursery for him, and I could have stayed there all day. Both of his parents are big Georgia fans, so it was only fitting that we get in some shots with a football helmet. He’s destined to be a Bulldog one day! 🙂 I look forward to watching him grow up with our gang of little ones as the years go by.
