Sadie Kate’s 3 Month Mini Milestone Session – Johns Creek | Atlanta Family Photographer

Sadie Kate is 3 months! Last weekend was my first time meeting this little doll, and I’ve been so excited to do so, as I’ve known her parents since college. My sweet handyman  husband constructed a portable white light backdrop for my holiday baby sessions, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. Doesn’t Sadie Kate make the most adorable Santa baby?

The Brown Family Holiday Session – Collier Hills | Atlanta Family Photographer

I’ve known the Arden/Redmond/Brown family for quite a few years now, and it’s been such a joy watching their little ones grow, with more of them being added to the crew. The three Arden siblings (including 5yr old twins) are such a hoot and they each have fun, different personalities. I’ve watched their cousins, the two littlest ones, literally grow from day one. And they have the most proud, loving parents and grandparents. These little maniacs certainly gave me a run for my money during our session, but I had the best time. It’s quite an honor to get to photograph families of all shapes and sizes, but it’s the most special when I get to capture memories for those friends who feel like family of my own.

The Suenaga Family’s Holiday Session – Westside | Atlanta Family Photographer

When the Suenaga Family arrived for their family holiday session last weekend, Mr. Cade was a bit shy…. but you’d never know it from these photos! After a few minutes of talking about the fire trucks and airplanes that he wants for Christmas, he opened right up and gave us lots of smiles (for Santa, as we told him). I have so many favorite parts of owning a photography business, but one of them is meeting new people (and their adorable children) and getting to know them long after their session has ended.

The Sims-Stone Family’s Holiday Session – Brookhaven | Atlanta Family Photographer

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of photographing my dear cousin Alex and her three beautiful, blonde babies… well, they’re hardly babies anymore. They are in 5th, 2nd, and 1st grades — it’s hard to believe they’re so big already! We played around on Oglethorpe University’s campus in Brookhaven, and it’s such a lovely spot. This is one of my favorite things about my photography business — having the opportunity to spend more time with my loved ones while capturing special memories for them.

The Zygmont Family’s Holiday Session – Sidney Marcus Park | Atlanta Family Photographer

I met the Zygmont Family at a great little park in Morningside last weekend for some holiday family photos. Their 3 kids were too precious for words… especially their oldest, who was the biggest ham for photos! After just a few photos, he shyly asked if the kids could have their own photos, and when I said “of course!,” he high-tailed it over to a rock wall and started posing. Talk about a family photographer’s dream!

And although these aren’t spooky photos by any stretch of the imagination… I’d like to wish everyone a happy and safe Halloween!
