Ahhh fall… the most wonderful time of the year! Also the busiest for family photographers. 🙂 Here’s a little peak at what I’ve been up to recently… family holiday sessions galore! It was so fun to see how much some of these kids have grown since our last session together. I also love including fur babies, as I know how very important they are to families. Check out this hilarious puppy trick below! And how adorable is that red cozy coupe? Nolan’s mom searched high and low for an old-school car that she could paint red and attach a tree to for these photos, and I think it turned out perfectly. With each passing year of business, I’m more and more grateful for my dear clients who have trusted in me to capture their beautiful families. Enjoy these highlights and many more to come!

September was a pretty great month! Not one, not two, but three sets of our dear friends welcomed their babies into the world, and one of them was this cute little guy. Ford’s mom created the cutest, most serene little nursery for him, and I could have stayed there all day. Both of his parents are big Georgia fans, so it was only fitting that we get in some shots with a football helmet. He’s destined to be a Bulldog one day! 🙂 I look forward to watching him grow up with our gang of little ones as the years go by.

Oh, Emma! What a beautiful, sweet, sleepy baby she was during our session. And how precious is big sis Daisy? I’ve never worked with such a cooperative, gentle puppy sibling. I heard that dad had been practicing with her for these photos, and it paid off! 🙂 Emma’s parents are dear friends of ours, and it was such an honor to be asked to capture this special time as they start their family. I look forward to watching our girls grow up together!

Baby Ellis was born on August 1st, and I still can’t get over his amazing head of hair! His faux hawk was perfectly styled for his newborn session, and he was an absolute angel, even when his puppy siblings were licking his head. I adore the M family — they have been dear friends of mine for over a decade, and it’s been amazing to witness them becoming parents and bringing this new life into the world. Ellis is so loved — and envied for his hair, too! 😉

Sadie Kate’s 2 Year Milestone Session – Johns Creek | Atlanta Children’s Photographer

It’s hard to believe another year has come and gone and that Sadie Kate is two! I had the pleasure of photographing these friends’ sweet girl several times during her first year, and it’s always amazing how much they grow during that time. Having not seen SK since her 1 year session, this was quite the change! I can’t get over her head of blonde curls. And she had us all laughing over her marshmallow bribe, which she insisted on needing more of for her teacups. 🙂 Smart little lady! Here’s to a year of adventure and laughter for this sweet family!
