Carter’s 1 Year Milestone Session – Woodstock | Atlanta Children’s Photographer

I’ve been photographing Carter since he was born, and oh my, I can’t believe he’s already ONE! His birthday was back in February, and he was just as sweet and happy as he has been since I met him. It’s always an honor, but also a little bittersweet, to be the one to document a baby from birth through his or her first year of life. Here’s to many more years of cake-smashing good times, Carter!

Emilia’s 4 Month Milestone Session – Atlanta | Atlanta Children’s Photographer

Emilia (Emi) was born not long after our little lady, so it was fun to do an in-home session with her celebrating 4 months earlier this year. She was bright-eyed and so happy — just a joy to photograph! We had a lot in common, given their “house divided” with UGA and Auburn, and their pillow pets made a great addition to our session. 🙂 Their fur baby, Chibi, joined in for a few photos as well, which I always love. Pets are such an integral part of a family! Enjoy!

Olivia’s Newborn Session – Peachtree City | Atlanta Newborn Photographer

I photographed the sweetest mermaid baby back in January… there’s a first time for everything, right? Olivia’s mom, Leslie, decorated her nursery with the cutest theme – coral and mint with touches of the ocean and mermaids. It was so tastefully done and made me want to head right to the beach! I’m sure Olivia is going to love growing up in that room. She is one lucky little girl with parents who absolutely adore her — and she also has two German Shepherd siblings who wanted sooo badly to be a part of her photo session, and they could not have been more friendly! I’m really looking forward to seeing how she grows this coming year!

Charlotte’s Newborn Session – Smyrna | Atlanta Newborn Photographer

Miss Charlotte joined her family in January, and what a sweet addition she was! My husband and I have been friends with her parents, Amber and Matt, for years (our husbands share a love for Auburn football), so it was a true pleasure to be asked to capture their new bundle of joy. And in honor of Matt’s diehard love for Auburn, we got some fun shots of them in helmets (and a girly bow for Charlotte, of course) — so fun! Amber had some really sweet props and clothing for the session, which always makes things more fun and exciting for me! Also, can we talk about her impressive bow collection?! Charlotte was a sleeping angel, and big brother William was so proud to get to hold, kiss, and read to her. I’m obviously a bit behind in blogging, as she just turned 3 months old (wow, time flies!), but I couldn’t resist sharing. Enjoy!

Lainey’s Newborn Session – Marietta | Atlanta Newborn Photographer

It makes me so happy to share this gallery of images from Lainey’s newborn session! I’ve been friends with her mom Heather since our freshman year of college. We lived on the same hall in our dorm and still have monthly dinners with a group of friends from that hall to this day. Heather and Russ are such a sweet couple and were overjoyed to bring Miss Lainey into the world back in January. It’s always such an honor to be given the opportunity to photograph my friends and their families, and newborns are just the icing on the cake! Lainey is absolutely beautiful and was such a sleepy little doll during her portrait session. Also, how gorgeous is her mama?! I look forward to watching Lainey grow and become friends with my little one, too!
